Update: Multiple Flooding Events on the Heartland Division (River, Thayer North and Thayer Sub Subdivisions)

As reported on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, BNSF field personnel was responding to multiple high water and washout events due to flooding. Below are the updates on the status of the main track for the impacted areas.

 
Thayer South Subdivision (Thayer, MO - Memphis, TN) - main track has been returned to service Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 07:05 am CS

River Subdivision (Ste. Genevieve, MO - River Jct, AR) - The estimated time for opening the main track is Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm CS
