Shuttle Tariff Rules Changes Effective November 10, 2023

In response to customer feedback, BNSF is implementing a change to the Shuttle Rules published in BNSF 4022, Item 13600, effective November 10, 2023. 

The notification of intent to cancel by the shuttle owner of record will be extended to 90 days following any 61-day shortfall period.
